Eat M&M's! Loose weight?

When I am DYING for chocolate, instead of binging on a Snickers or a box of Girl Scout cookies, I reach for some M&M's. I eat one at a time. I think rewarding myself with a rainbow of chocolate deliciousness every once in awhile is good for my soul!

Just under half a pack of plain M&M's candies adds only 100 calories to your daily tally and can satisfy a sweet tooth.
