As I was dreaming up new recipes for the sister site BubbleCrumb.com, I thought about how delicious Pineapple upside down cake is. It's one of those All American staples! I for one support my country, so I am absolutely ready to try the Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini!!!
The Ingredients
To make the best pineapple upside down cake martini and shooter we will use the following ingredients:
- Pineapple Juice ( I prefer Dole )
- Pinnacle Vanilla Vodka
- Pinnacle Whip Cream Vodka
- Grenadine
- Maraschino cherries
This is for a full shaker of pineapple Upside Down Cake Martinis or shots.
- 1/2 cup whip cream vodka
- 1/2 cup vanilla vodka
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
For a weaker version just add more pineapple juice. Strain the ingredients into your martini glass, add 1 maraschino cherry and a splash of grenadine down the side of the martini glass giving the drink a pineapple upside down cake appearance, if making shots, simply add the grenadine to the shaker.
